As our new senior project manager, you will see your property projects through from the initial planning phase to the ribbon-cutting ceremony. And your projects will leave an immense imprint, bringing jobs to the local communities and creating amazing work environments for your colleagues.

As part of Group Property at our HQ in Hedehusene, you will join the epicentre of this expansion. We take pride in contributing to DSV remaining an attractive workplace worldwide by developing impressive and ambitious new logistic centres and offices for our colleagues.
Lead projects from A-Z
You will be independently responsible for the project from the land has been bought until you deliver the brand new building to your colleagues. Typically, you will run 3 projects at a time, ranging between 30,000 and more than 100,000 m2.
Solid expertise at hand
In the Development team, you will gain 10 experienced colleagues – all project managers like yourself. Though we work very independently with our projects, we share knowledge and help each other out daily.
“There’s always a colleague who can give you advice because he or she has been in the exact same situation – dealing with for instance earthquake risks or local regulation in a specific country,” says Brian.
Moreover, you will make use of international collaborations across DSV, our experienced supplier network in the industry and the abundancy of skills available around you at our beautiful headquarters. Networks that will help make your projects successful and your professional development opportunities unlimited.

Do you have large properties on your resumé?
- You have several years of experience with project management in the building industry, probably adding a couple of large properties to your resumé
- You are comfortable working highly independently and making the calls yourself
- You are probably an architectural engineer, construction engineer or similar
- You speak and write English fluently, and any other languages would be a definite plus
In addition, your cultural understanding combined with your excellent communication skills enable you to work well with stakeholders from various countries and professional backgrounds.
