Would you like to put your mark on DSV’s approach for exchanging information with our customers and partners?
DSV is looking for a Product Manager for DSV Connectivity with EDI as main area of responsibility. Together with the Product Manager for API you will form a product team focusing on digital integration as a holistic service and bringing it to the next level in line with the DSV Strategy.
The DSV Connectivity product suite is designed to offer DSV’s customers a range of connectivity solutions to match the customer needs. DSV Connectivity contains the following products: EDI, API, and myDSV.
Take ownership of pushing DSV Integrations to the next level
As Product Manager you will take the lead in driving forward and developing our integration products. You will be in charge of ensuring the product contains the key functionalities to support our integrations with external parties (e.g. submitting bookings, printing labels, tracking shipment status, electronic invoices etc.).
Doing so, you will need to work closely with key stakeholders within the business, IT, and external parties to gain a clear understanding of these processes and to find ways to simplify them.

Equally important are your communication skills and ability to navigate within and across our organisation. It is also vital that you are not afraid to challenge the business to ensure that we deliver standardised and efficient solutions while still

Join the DSV Global Product & Services Team
Preferably based in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will join the Global Products & Services team, part of DSV’s Global Business Change Management (Global BCM) department. In the Products & Services team we are 11 colleagues responsible for the global tools and processes in our customer-facing applications such as online bookings, freight tracking, purchase order management, quotation, etc.
You’ll have colleagues from Denmark, UK, Germany, and France. Most of them are product owners who drive the products forward in close collaboration with the different DSV divisions, translating business needs to our IT colleagues

- Shaping the future of DSV Connectivity Product
- Form the commercial appearance and sales material for DSV Connectivity – make it easy for people who don’t know EDI or API.
- Manage the Product Vision and Roadmap
- Drive Roadmap topics and projects
- Play a central role in establishing a Service Catalogue for integrations
- Assist shaping the development of EDI standard messages
- Create EDI Self-service material on developer.DSV.com
- Keeping relevant stakeholder informed
- Challenge limitation and push the customer integrations to the next level
We are looking for
You are the right fit for this position if you have a keen interest in integration technology and an interest in how it applies to our solutions. - You are process savvy
- You have a understand of EDI (and potentially API)
- You understand Product management principals
- It is an advantage if you understand the basics of supply chain
- You are capable of learning new technologies, processes, or business quickly and effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills
