Do you want to be a part of an international team focusing on projects with Corporate Integrations?

As project manager, you will be a valued and trusted partner to the business and management, as you help to bring business-, and IT strategies from idea to realization.
A trusted partner to delivery units and internal stakeholders
As an IT integrations Project Manager, you will be a valued and trusted partner to business, and IT. You have the overall responsibility for the day-to-day project management in your projects and will lead resources from multiple teams in your projects. Your function will be a part of the Corporate Integrations Management Team and will work in a function that can be described as a Project Manager/ Product Owner/ Strategy Lead within the Department.
Specifically, your job will involve:
Experienced project manager with strong communication skills
As a person, you are independent and a true leader who knows how to communicate and collaborate to achieve the defined business objectives. You can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management and specialist level.
In addition, your profile looks like this:
The optimal candidate has strengths in three main areas: freight forwarding or international logistics, technical knowledge (IT applications, integrations) and leading complex projects with international stakeholders. If you have some of those strengths in combination with strong motivation to develop yourself, we are interested of a joint journey where you by exposure and training can develop your skills.

- Plan and follow-up on assigned projects according to our project management methodology and IT development process.
- Create transparency about status, tasks, and issues to stakeholders by reporting and defined project governance e.g., team and board meetings
- Support development teams with implementation approach and present capabilities to stakeholders
- Lead and facilitate workshops with developers, business, and IT to define requirements and processes
- Lead the design phase, related to both operations and technical setup
Experienced project manager with strong communication skills
As a person, you are independent and a true leader who knows how to communicate and collaborate to achieve the defined business objectives. You can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management and specialist level.
In addition, your profile looks like this:
- You are structured, hands-on, and pragmatic
- You can actively manage stakeholders
- 5+ years of continuous IT project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree (as a minimum) or higher
- Experience working with agile methodologies would be a benefit
- Excellent written and verbal corporate English language skills (English is the DSV corporate language)
