An engaged leader to ESG reporting team
You will lead a team of 4 people responsible for the overall ESG reporting framework where your primary role will be to lead the team and drive the development of ESG reporting & controlling practices, tools, assurance processes and engagement with the local reporting teams.
The main responsibilities include:
To succeed in this position, you must be an engaged leader who stays on top of the changing ESG frameworks and support the team in adopting those changes into a DSV’s ESG reporting context.

We imagine you being either a seasoned manager or a specialist looking to progress into a leadership role. If the latter is the case then we will provide support and help you grow into the role of a senior manager.

You will lead a team of 4 people responsible for the overall ESG reporting framework where your primary role will be to lead the team and drive the development of ESG reporting & controlling practices, tools, assurance processes and engagement with the local reporting teams.
The main responsibilities include:
- Lead the development of DSV’s ESG reporting framework, policies and methodologies
- Run periodic reporting and country ESG engagement
- Mature DSV’s systems, tool and processes for ESG data
- Deliver an annual ESG assurance process
To succeed in this position, you must be an engaged leader who stays on top of the changing ESG frameworks and support the team in adopting those changes into a DSV’s ESG reporting context.
Moreover, you:
- Are a positive motivator who is interested in developing and coaching the team
- Work systematically and have the ability to maintain an overview in busy periods
- Have experience working with sustainability, non-financial or ESG reporting
- Have good stakeholder management skills
- Are able to work with complex problems and finding pragmatic solutions
- Can demonstrate the ability to convert complex frameworks into hands-on decision making
- Good communicator and speak and write English fluently
- Preferably have a relevant education master’s degree, within engineering, sustainability, ESG & non-financial reporting or similar
