As a Technical Service Delivery Manager, you are responsible for the proactive and continuous improvement of our technical IT landscape. You manage planned activities related to technical development and upgrades. You analyze and identify issues to improve our technology stack serving Road applications.
As a part of Operational and Regional Transport Management Systems in Road IT you will report to Director Carl Ternéus.

You break down complex situations and outline possible improvement areas. Combined with your outgoing personality you develop and maintain processes together with already known stakeholders or new relationships. You are willing to take ownership and execute together with colleagues locally and globally on technical tasks.
You are comfortable communicating to people across varying positions and authority.
You have experience and knowledge regarding infrastructure, security, platform implementation and end user services.
You can search for and find the right solutions towards our main applications in Road IT on proactive tasks and to ensure stable operations.
You have attention to details and a solid knowledge with IT Processes and IT Operations in a large global organization.
You succeed in maintaining an entrepreneurial and creative mindset, while at the same time adherence the corporate policies and strategies.
As a Technical Service Delivery Manager, you give sparring to the Service Owners. You gladly share you experiences when supervising on tasks related to IT operations and technical possibilities and challenges in Road IT. Preferable you have an educational background within IT, Master or Batchelor in Computer Science and Engineering.

- analyzing future needs with impact on current applications and propose technical enhancements
- work on tasks and projects to ensure any type of IT issues; technical, application, administration and managerial
- Contribute in merger and acquisition related tasks.
