Are you passionate about communication and project coordination within IT-organisations and would you like to be part of a newly established transformation team in a successful C25 company?
You will be part of the Strategy and Special Projects Team in Group Applications and share the teams purpose, which is to support the VP of Group Applications. Group Applications has +200 employees and owns all cross-group applications as for example Finance and HR systems.
Working with many colleagues across Group Applications
By joining Group Applications in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will be collaborating closely with the VP, the leadership team and the remaining organization. All communication and projects revolve around IT, why it is crucial that you have a good understanding of IT and experience from working with IT-organisations.
Communications and project coordination
Overall, your role will be to create communications material, manage smaller IT-projects and handle a variety of administrative activities for the VP and leadership team.

Communications and project coordination
Overall, your role will be to create communications material, manage smaller IT-projects and handle a variety of administrative activities for the VP and leadership team.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Communication planning across DSV Group Applications
- Creating and distributing IT management presentations and other IT communication material
- Planning and coordinating leadership team meetings
- Planning and facilitating larger virtual communication events
- Coordinating various other meetings
- Onboarding of new colleagues
- Be on top of the VP’s inbox and meeting calendar
- Coordinating office practicalities
- Coordinating and reporting of strategic initiatives
- Managing smaller IT-related projects
Experience with consulting or coordinating roles within IT organisations
We imagine that you have strong communication and presentation skills, and you have the ability to function independently with minimal supervision, stay organized and adjust to constantly changing priorities. In addition to that, you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, communication or another relevant field, or equivalent education/experience
- Structured and organised, with exemplary planning and time management skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience from IT organisations and knowledge of IT application development and IT operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with creating management presentations
- Experience with communication planning and creating communication material
- Experience with project coordination or project management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, not least PowerPoint
- Business fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
