We are looking for our new
Product Manager
to drive the development of Serres portfolio of Medical Disposable Solutions.
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Explore and investigate global challenges and opportunities in and around the fields of suction and fluid management in hospitals
- Build a solid network among healthcare professionals
- Define the product roadmap for our medical disposal solutions based on the company strategy
- Drive the exploration and selection of value-adding product and business ideas
- Design the value proposition and benefits of new products and solutions
- Communicate product roadmap and user needs to development teams
- Ensure that product outcomes meet defined customer needs throughout the design and development process
- Achieve quality and profitability targets for the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle
- Decide on product changes and improvements
- Engage with sales & marketing in launch and commercialization planning and implementation
- Provide product training and product support to distributor sales & product teams as needed
This position is based in Espoo, Finland. The role requires travelling in Finland and abroad to meet customers and partners.
A good background would be:
- Master’s degree (scientific, technical, marketing, business)
- Business mindset
- 5+ years’ experience in a product manager or customer-centric role in the healthcare or life science industry
- Experience in the hospital environment and ideally in operating room and critical care environments
- Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to investigate customers’ challenges and opportunities with both curious mindset and consistent methods and frameworks
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data & feedback, efficiently communicate findings and take decisions
- Excellent command of English
- Good command of Office and Collaborative IT tools
