Commercial Operations Manager to Life Science Company

We are looking för a Commercial Operations Manager to a successful and rapidly growing life science company. Their growth from 2020 to 2021 was several hundred percent. The growth is forecasted to continue at a high level, organically as well as thru acquisitions. A short-term objective is to become a Billion SEK Company in revenue. The company is profitable and backed by strong owners.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
This role can, for the right person, be the steppingstone to a successful career in the company. Your background could be some years as management consultant, an ambitious brand manager in the life science industry with a strategic as well as an operational mindset, or other roles where you have obtained the relevant experiences and skills. You have leadership capabilities.
As the Commercial Operations Manager you will be highly involved in all commercial operations. You will work close to the Chief Commercial Officer to whom you report and will also manage the personnel of the commercial operations team incl. customer support/order office. You are supporting the CCO on strategic planning including short- and long-term forecasting and resource support. Customer support and facilitation are important tasks, as is, distributor support, people training and onboarding.
You are responsible for driving commercial insights including weekly breakdown of sales on customer, product, and segment level for the team to take informed decisions. You will drive commercial excellence across customer support and business intelligence, you ensure process optimization around customer handling incl preparing for future QMS structure and complaint registration / handling / reporting. It is the responsibility of the Commercial Operations Manager to write and maintain procedures as well as make sure the quality for the internal training is high.
