About this opportunity

What you’ll be doing:
- Head our Consumer Finance sales team, which work closely with vendors to secure the best financial offers for our customers
- Develop and grow the current Consumer Finance business
- Strategical work with the Country Management Team in order to secure Nordea Finance’s position in the market while still ensuring a great workplace for employees
- Innovatively evolve the Consumer Finance business on a Nordic level
You will join a small team, and be a part of a fast moving organisation that has focus on Happy Customers and Happy People. The position is based in Høje Taastrup.

- Are able to implement strategic plans on a tactical and operational level
- Can navigate in global settings, while still having a local customer focus
Your experience and background:
- Have a background in sales and have developed great stakeholder management skills
- 3-5 years of leadership experience and skills within strategic partnership business modelling.
- Maybe you have worked both in a local and global setting
- Speaks Danish and English fluently
