About the department

You will join Pre-assembly Production in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 120 colleagues, working in 5 teams, and we produce the mechanical Motor Module in Novo Nordisk’s newest prefilled devices FlexTouch® and FlexPro®. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in Diabetes Finished Products and Biopharmaceuticals.

The position

As Associate Manager in the production, you will be responsible for one of three teams of machine operators and technicians in charge of keeping the assembly lines running 24 hours 7 days a week. The goal is to achieve the highest level of efficiency while complying with all applicable manufacturing procedures.

You will create a culture ready to ensure ongoing optimisations by being a highly visible manager who provides sparring and coaching to your employees. A high amount of focus will be placed on Lean methodologies such as systematic problem solving and standardisation, so you will need to be able to coach in these areas.

As part of the very experienced management group in Pre Assembly Production, you will be responsible for aligning common goals and strategies, and then implementing them in your area.

Qualifications

You have a minimum of 2 years of management experience and you have experience with advanced production. Your quality mind-set and business sense is well developed, you have a systematic approach to problems, and you are a team player who achieves specified goals. Experience from the pharmaceutical industry together with GxP and production knowledge is a plus.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate clearly and in an uncomplicated manner. You know how to listen, show respect and analyse problems in a concrete manner that creates solutions. You show engagement and authenticity while working in a production atmosphere with ambitious targets, a high work pace and many daily decisions.

Personally, you have excellent verbal/written communication skills in Danish and English. You must have a positive mind-set and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
