The job
This role is focused on building a pipeline of customers who agree to participate in the Customer Advocacy program and agree to activities that support our sales and marketing targets, while ensuring that they have a great customer experience in the process.

More specifically, you will:

  • Manage customer advocacy program and reporting
  • Implement and monitor customer satisfaction surveys, including tools, processes and plans
  • Manage customer advocacy tools, including deployment of a new dedicated system and functionality / integration with other existing systems, including SalesForce.
  • Run and optimize customer sales reference call requests internally, working closely with core team, and developing future requirements and tooling to enable self-service
  • Be our internal advisor on Customer Advocacy best practices across Stibo Systems to maximize results and impact.

We are looking for someone who can effectively work with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to drive customer engagement and provide internal services that support the growth of our business. In this role, you will need to be organized, driven, engaging and able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Moreover, you should bring:

  • 3+ years experience of running customer advocacy / reference programs in a technology company
  • Understanding of customer advocacy journey as part of a Land, Adopt, Expand and Renew sales approach
  • Experience using and leveraging SalesForce to support customer advocacy
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Nice to have: experience of deploying and using customer advocacy and NPS tools, and integrating them with SalesForce and other data sources
