RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the transaction heads in the purchase and sale of real estate in the Danish, Finnish and Swedish markets
- Financial / cash flow analyses as part of building the business case
- Analyses of property specific real estate drivers, such as rental levels, growth projections, cost prognoses and overall outgoing structure
- Data management; analyses of macro and micro location
- Contributes to the preparation of (tender) offers, LOIs, etc.
- Contributes to the Due Diligence process
- Tracks and collects general market information, performs market analyses and produces market reports covering the essential real estate sectors and subsectors
- Assist with or manage local transaction implementation (process standardization and quality assurance)
- Regular contact with pan-European teams will be needed
- Travel will be required to Finland and Sweden on a regular basis to support local markets
REQUIREMENTS
- Has completed a Cand. Polit or one of the financial Cand. Merc’s FIR, AEF, FSM, FII or similar
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of related real estate experience or any similar combination of education and experience
- High level of commitment and resilience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts advanced financial analyses
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to parties involved (internal and external)
- Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English are a must
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Team player
