As a QED Process Enablement Partner you will work alongside our Global Process Owners (GPOs), and the wider process development matrix organisation, to transform our business. Designing and driving the E2E process landscape for scalable growth is fundamental to delivering our Customers high quality integrated product offerings.

As a QED Process Enablement Partner you are responsible to lead strategic improvement assignments, driving end-to-end process performance and cross-functional collaboration. Including:
• Development of level 3 and 4 processes, with an end-to-end design mindset across all core domains - Lead to Agreement, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Service Delivery, Supporting & Enabling Processes
• Support the GPOs with impact and root cause analysis of E2E process performance metrics, and development of business rules
• Actively contribute in cross-functional process development communities, to identify and address systemic process issues impacting E2E enterprise performance
• Conduct baselining and assessments for Process Maturity Model cycle
• Active ambassador for general process awareness across the enterprise. E.g. Guest speaker presentations, development of training methods and materials with the QED Business Modelling & Training team
• Monitor and bring forward cross-industry best practices for process development.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5+ years’ experience developing cross-functional processes.
We are looking for someone who has previously led a department which performed activities related to Lead to Agreement, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and/or operational execution of service products to Customers.
Furthermore you:
• Have direct experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Shipping an advantage – multi industry experience preferred
• Embrace and role-model commitment to quality and customer centricity
• Are results orientated, fact-based and the patience to take people along on a change journey
• Have the ability to leverage knowledge through others, with proven facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communicator in English.
