As head of Commercial Academy you will drive alignment, rigorous prioritization, and business-outcome measurement around a portfolio of standard development programs and targeted learning interventions.
You will also manage a team of learning and development experts focused on building and executing solutions in the commercial academy within their respective portfolios.
Other key areas of responsibilities:
• Drive a continuous-improvement approach to solutions – aiming to maximize the business value of programs
• For programs and interventions, manage the life-cycle including the development of learning objectives, aligning on approaches, piloting, operationalizing, evaluation, impact-measurement, and program sunsetting
• Wherever possible, leverage enterprise-wide solutions and platforms to meet the capability-improvement objectives of programs and interventions – also where appropriate leveraging other brand or function solutions that can be used as is or with modification
• Manage the overall budget of the commercial academy – ensuring that the biggest investments target the biggest capability-improvement priorities.
The ideal candidate will have relevant education– master’s degree preferred, combined with 8-10 years of experience in high-performing, matrixed corporate organizations and at least 5 years of experience building learning and development solutions and portfolios at a senior level – preferably with a focus on commercially-aligned learning solutions.
You have solid knowledge and experience with leveraging various methods learning delivery mediums including digitally-driven learning and excellent Project management skills.

Success in this role will require the ability to find approaches to development that work globally, across the enterprise and generate commitment in a highly-decentralized organization.
