We are currently looking for a trusted finance partner to support the platform lead(s). This role will partner with a diverse team of Maersk leadership, and it will support various products and solutions within the Technology function.
A role with significant interaction with senior business stakeholders requiring excellent communication skills and organisational awareness.

As the Finance Business Partner you will drive financial performance for the platform area by providing leadership, guidance and support on financial information, business performance and implementation of strategies.
Other key areas:
• Own end-to-end financial planning and spend forecast cycles for the platform area
• Develop an understanding of critical business performance drivers and support decision making
• Provide periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting in support of executive management
• Manage the financial processes and workflow with the GSC in India
• Lead or participate in cross-functional, intra-divisional, and/or global finance projects
• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to achieve better results; Follow standards and ensure compliance with policies as defined by Corporate
• Help to enforce controls to fulfil fiduciary responsibilities, including required approvals
The right person for this role will demonstrate leadership and collaboration skills, financial aptitude, customer oriented, business intuition, ability to manage day-to-day financials details and the capacity to work at multiple levels, including partnering with all levels of management, including Technology staff, HR and Legal.
You:
• Have 5-7+ years of finance experience
• Possesses strong business judgment and can frame issues in the context of the big picture
• Have the ability to analyse and present large amounts of in information in a manner that is clear, concise and actionable
• Are a self-starter that can manage projects without a lot of supervision
• Deal well with uncertainty, complexity and change
• Are ready and willing to look across all processes for opportunities to streamline and improve.
Accountability, quality and efficiency are front of mind for you at all times.
