We offer

An exciting 1 year maternity cover on one of our largest transformation programmes. As the PMO Lead you will gain broad business knowledge of the company’s activities globally, as well as understand how IT can transform and simplify the user experience.

You will work and communicate across geographical and cultural borders that will allow you to build a strong professional network. We believe that people thrive when they are in charge of their career paths and professional growth. We are committed to providing you with opportunities to broaden your knowledge, as well as strengthen your technical and professional foundation.

Our working day is versatile and busy, as on any given day we strive for excellence and mutual respect. We believe in empowerment where each of us takes ownership and responsibility for developing and implementing new ways of working.

The pace of growth and change here is high, meaning there is a steady stream of new challenges. Your creativity, problem solving skills and ability to build relationships will be put to work every day.

As a performance-oriented company, we strive to always recruit the best person for the job – regardless of gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation or religious beliefs. We are proud of our diversity and see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.

Key responsibilities

As PMO lead on the HR of the Future programme your role is to:
• Facilitate use of standard project management frameworks, methodologies and tools, incl. risk management
• Drive and assist with project planning
• Question and challenge inputs from project teams, including attention to process adherence and risk management
• Ensure that the programme apply our governance and principles in an efficient manner
• Ensure that our projects are delivered in a standardised, efficient and repeatable manner driving solid predictable benefit realisation;
• Facilitate fast yet well founded decision-making based on valid data, traceability of decisions and enhanced transparency of our project portfolio
• Compile reports, and ensure all relevant data is updated and quality-checked
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders across platforms and teams
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback from the programme
• Support and enable efficient financial management of the programme
• Invest in your own development and support your colleagues

You will have significant responsibility from the start and will be expected to work quite independently. It is an advantage if you are familiar with working in a matrix organisation. But don’t worry – you won’t be doing it alone.

We are looking for

There is no one specific background that we are looking for. What is important to us is that you have the right experience, qualifications, personality and mindset. As a person you must be business and solution oriented, have a collaborative approach yet able to operate under minimal supervision. You have integrity, stamina and are not put off by a challenge. You have a positive attitude, are curious and aren’t afraid to ask questions when things don’t make sense. You have a servant leadership approach, take accountability and can push back and give feedback in a constructive way.

We envision that you have worked with project management for the past 3-5 years. Having worked in PMO, and/or in IT is an advantage, but not a requirement. Fluent verbal and written English is a must.

Please note that we screen applications on a daily basis, which may result in us closing the vacancy before the indicated deadline. We look forward to your CV and application letter with examples of projects and outcomes that you have been part of. Interviews will take place ongoing.
