The role of the Head of Lead Logistics Growth Office is to monitor and drive the implementation and roll-out of core strategic alignment and initiatives with internal and external partners, ensuring successful organizational delivery of the intended organizational and business outcomes.
While Copenhagen, Denmark is the main location, the role may be also based from The Hague, Netherlands.

Drive overall Lead Logistics (LL) strategy alignment and execution in line with the Global strategy
• Coordinate the definition for the LL commercial strategy and roll-out plan, including key milestones and progress metrics
• Monitor and manage the implementation and roll-out of the LL strategy, ensuring appropriate milestones, metrics and governance in place
• Ensure that inter-dependencies and overlaps are identified and aligned across the corporate strategic framework, including x-product, sales & marketing, verticals, customer experience and regions.
• Conceptualize and manage LL strategic initiatives as required
Maintain holistic LL product portfolio
• Map, review and challenge LL portfolio products and ensure holistic alignment
Manage LL strategic partnerships
• Establish & maintain strategic partnerships that can be leveraged to augment products & marketing (software, consultancies, analysts, etc), in consultation and alignment with marketing
Be an active participant within the Global Lead Logistics Community
• Capture and share knowledge / best practices throughout the organization to support short and long term success
• Speak up and share both supportive and critical views in a way that fosters a dynamic and engaging pursuit of continuous improvement
• LL strategy roll-out and execution
• LL commercial strategy
• Strategic partnership strategy (for LL)
• Structured project management
• Strategic and business acumen
• Supply Chain and logistics network knowledge
• Well developed stakeholder management and influencing skills
