As Employee Experience Partner you will be partnering with the business to lead performance and talent development processes e.g. talent reviews, succession planning, engagement sessions, Personal Improvement Plans, Personal Development Plans etc.
You will be part of executing engagement & talent sessions as well as compensation cycle support.
Other key tasks:
• Rewards (job offers, setting salaries)
• Ad hoc HR operational support
• Ad hoc recruitment admin/advice on senior level (e.g. contracts, relocation)
• Various awards
• Support on organizational design and workforce planning
• Implementing and executing on organisational changes incl. mass redundancies
• Expats and LTAs (incl. Assignment Pro)
• Integration Management Office support (HQ/global projects)
We envision that you have an HR-related educational background at a master level or equivalent. You can demonstrate a few years of experience from working in a similar role.
You have experience with and a passion for recruiting.
You are comfortable working in international environments with constant change.
You have a solid understanding of business dynamics and how HR can support the same.
You have good attention to detail, and you are able to prioritize among a variety of tasks and move projects forward in a collaborative way.
You excel at building relationships and engaging stakeholders and have a proactive mindset and approach.
You are fluent in written and spoken English, while Danish is not required.
