An exciting role where you as the Feeder Network manager will be responsible for a regional part of the feeder network, and ensure that Sealand and Maersk will have the lowest possible cost base, and a network that meets the service delivery expectations for the network.
This is done in high paced environment with many internal and external stakeholders, while always keeping the end customers experience in mind plus contribute to the company delivery its overall NOPAT targets.

Key responsibilities
One of your key responsibilities will be to identifying opportunities to continuous improvement of the network.
Other key tasks:
• Being responsible for a geographical area
• Flow analysis
• Manage short term projects for quick wins
• Manage medium to long-term projects with in-depth analysis
• Assist to further develop strategies for various areas of the Network, such as but not limited to chartering & deployment strategies
• Take part and lead bigger projects within Sealand and the Maersk group to ripe Group benefits
• Ensure seamless implementation on concluded projects, by best in class communication with relevant stakeholders
• Assist Trade management in capturing business impact on new business ideas including but not limited cost vs contribution
• Have regular follow ups with finance business partners, to ensure details of the work is being captured and reported correctly.
We are looking for
The ideal candidate will have Network optimization, Trade management or Operational and flow execution experience.
You have a positive mindset to convince and draw in internal and external stakeholders and you have the ability to think outside the box and challenge status-quo.
Furthermore you:
• Have excellent communications skills
• Have great stakeholder management managing various teams, remotely and locally
• Are a structural worker that can set and execute short, mid and long-term strategies
• Are a resilient team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates capabilities of looking at a network from a holistic angle.
• Have strong self-drive, sense for initiative and ownership
• Are capable to zoom in / out from detailed level to very high level.
