In this important and highly visible role you will spearhead several initiatives that are making Maersk this leading-edge technology company.
As the Team Effectiveness Lead, you will join a Platform Portfolio leadership team, driving cross cutting strategic initiatives, communications, process optimization and team engagement for the Portfolio.

• Lead and support strategic design, planning, automation, and transformation initiatives for the Portfolio, which currently includes 2 platforms Maersk.com and Digital Enablement, though more will join the portfolio in the future
• Manage the operations of 500+ technical staff, supporting the Head of Platform and Leadership team to ensure smooth operation management
• Manage and mentor a junior member of staff, helping drive communications across the Portfolio
• Drive initiatives to accomplish our vision of building a culture of excellence, by organizing regular workshops with leaders and events to drive success
• Work with internal HR, Recruitment, Finance and Operations to provide the glue that bring them all together to achieve Platform/Portfolio Goals
• Strengthen our agile ways of working, as well as identify problems across the Portfolio and work towards solutions or streamlining the process
• Conceptualize and implement new initiatives based on Head of Platforms strategy for success
• Participate in senior management meetings to strategize towards the determination and implementation of platform/portfolio priorities and improve efficiencies
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of the Platforms infrastructure and teams that ultimately bring products and ideas to customers around the world
• Self-starter with pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Ability to work with various stakeholders (executives and individual contributors) to develop, execute plans and deliver outcomes
• You bring people and team together.
• You are adept at stakeholder management across finance, technology, Human Resources and Corporate.
• You are a writer, and can prepare analyses, executive reports, presentations, and communications
• You enjoy working with people and can get the best from them in order to reach deliverables for the Platforms.
• You are expert in using Ms Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel & SharePoint
• It would be advantageous if you:
o have worked on projects and initiatives that involve embedding new ways of working (ideally pivoting classical organization to product and customer led organizations) and co-leading the change management workstreams
o have JIRA and Confluence experience
