We are working towards safer and more reliable time-chartered vessels and you would get to be part of this exciting journey.
We are now looking for a Reliability and Data Manager with an analytical mind.
In addition, you will get to work closely with Chartering, Post Fixture teams and relevant functional experts internally and externally to drive engagement with Ship owners and Technical Managers.
Reliability and Data Manager is a new position which gives a unique opportunity to deep dive into data available for time-chartered vessels and provide insights which can further improve our decision making.
While you are not working on data, you would be working across teams and functions including vessel owners and managers on risks onboard their vessel.
It is desired that along with an analytical mindset, you have in depth knowledge of container ship operation.

• Review vessel reliability data from FleetRisk Platform and share insights
• Analyze available data to assess performance of Ship owners and technical managers.
• Manage cross-functional project coordination and development between Chartering and Post fixture.
• Prepare Monthly reports for Internal and external stakeholder
• Develop a rating system for external Surveyors for performance management.
• Follow up with Owners and Technical Manager on risks identified from Vessel Survey
• Engage with Ship owners and Ship Mangers on further enhancement of FleetRisk Platform
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree preferably inrelevant field, with good understanding of Ship’s on-Board operations.
Sea going experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
You have an analytical mind with high proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and other analytical tools such as Power BI/MicroStrategy.
Furthermore you:
• Seek continuous improvement and able to maximize utilization of available resources.
• Display strategic thinking and interest in tackling challenges with innovative solution.
• Have strong Facilitation and communication skills.
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Have the ability to influence without formal authority
