The position is placed in the Facility Management Administration department and will primarily cover the responsibilities below:
• Contract management, vendor management, and employee service management.
• Administration of internal service level agreements and subleases at Maersk Headquarters.
• Management of the HQ Facility Management communication process and channels.
• Administration of HQ Facility Management insurance cases and process.
• Back-up for Employee Relations Coordinator, including bi-weekly New Starters Introductions.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years’ experience within contract management, vendor management, facility management or similar.
You possess natural stakeholder management skills. You are a communication savvy with experience in communicating to a diverse audience.
Furthermore you have:
• Experience in working independently within a broad framework
• Experience in SharePoint or similar platform
• Sound judgement as well as strong organisational, administrative, observational and problem-solving skills
• An eye for details and structure
• A desire to follow up on matters to ensure proper closure
You are an empathic person with strong interpersonal skills. You are a self-driven person with a proactive can-do attitude.
