Based in Maersk HQ, you will be part of a growing team that supports leaders in HQ and our Global Functions. In close collaboration with your team and your HR partner colleagues, you ensure a stellar support to our business leaders on both planned HR annual cycle activities as well as ad hoc HR tasks.

You will be first point of contact for leaders in a defined part of the business and will also work together with your Employee Experience Partner peers on bigger HQ HR projects. You will be an instrumental part of the HR transformation (HR of the Future) that will go live in March 2022, and help our business leaders through this change.

Key responsibilities


As part of the Employee Experience Partner team you will have responsibility of delivering operational and tactical guidance, direction, coaching, training and advice to a defined group of business leaders within a function.

You will partner with them and drive:

• Maersk’s annual HR deliveries such as performance and development processes, engagement, salary reviews etc.

• Ad hoc HR tasks and projects

• Recruitment activities (including admin, salary setting, job offers, contracts)

• Implementation and execution of organisational changes

• HQ specific projects

In relation to our HR transformation project, you will act as a change ambassador and onboard leaders to the new global HR delivery model and a new HR system (Workday).

We are looking for


A passionate HR professional with frontline experience, preferably, form a larger international organisation.

You have a couple of years’ experience of partnering with leaders, and delivering on the annual HR cycle activities on both the operational and tactical level. Recruitment experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite, but we expect that you are used to handle unplanned ad hoc HR tasks.

You thrive in an international values-driven environment, and has a natural desire to understand the business you are supporting, and have actively been part of change projects within HR.

You are good at building and maintaining relationships, you have a good eye for details, are good at prioritizing your own time and tasks, and move projects forward in a good and collaborative way. You are a team-player, who values collaboration and knowledge sharing, and you have a customer centric mindset. You get your energy from being a great HR ambassador, delivering great HR service, and being a trusted advisor to the business.

Combined with your working experience, we expect that you have a master’s degree within HR or equivalent. You are fluent in written and spoken English, while Danish is not required.
