As the Head of Service, Delivery and Process you will maintain and review global Air and LCL Processes in addition to managing the development of large and complex strategic operational projects from a functional or technical perspective, such as relocations of operations, optimization of existing operations or strategic process and system enhancements.

Own, execute, maintain and review global Air and LCL operational processes and coordinate communication and training as subject matter experts across the Areas.
Re design global processes to improve our overall performance globally across all Areas/stations:
• Managing or overseeing the development and implementation of engineering and related functional programs to achieve desired future state and operational results, aligns leadership and resources required, and ensure effective implementation and administration
On-site support and guidance to key stakeholders and operations team:
• Providing input and advice regarding developing and aligning strategies and programs to manage the development of best in class operation solutions in logistics, evaluating effectiveness of current or future logistical processes, aiming cost effective or process improvement logistics opportunities using innovative solution.
Project and Change Management coordination with key stakeholders:
• Developing and managing re-engineering or cross functional projects or program objectives, which includes proposed budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements. Receives direction and presents information to management. May develop and manage areas that are moderate in scope or impact
Network operational, system and application improvements:
• Working to facilitate meetings and develops communications to provide feedback to teams on engineering and business priorities and experiences for integration into operations, typically more complex or sensitive in nature
• Comprehensive insight in 3PL and strategic thinking
• Approx. 10 years’ experience in operational or general management
• Customer centric mindset
• Abundant operational product knowledge and experience
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop individuals and teams
• Strong project and change management skills
• Team building skills
