We are looking for a coordinator who will primarily handle international bookings of online courses and trainers, stay in frequent contact with our customer, and make sure everything is registered in our systems. You need to be sharp in English - both spoken and written.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contact trainers, partners, and suppliers. Primarily by phone, email and via online meetings
  • Registering courses in internal booking systems
  • Allocating resources to different courses
  • Planning and setting up online courses
  • Participating in online coordination meetings
  • Work as the primary point of contact for our customers

Qualifications:

  • Your need to be flexible and responsible
  • Speak English fluently (It’s an advantage if you speak other languages)
  • You need to be accustomed to communicating via phone and email
  • You need to have good IT skills, both when it comes to using software and different online platforms and portals. Knowledge of Mac is an advantage as we work in programs like Pages and Numbers
  • Detail-oriented when checking numbers, dates, event numbers, amounts, currency, time slots – our assignments require a high level of thoroughness and self-control of your entries in the systems
  • Good at math. We work with a lot of numbers, summaries of budgets, and calculations of expenses for events
  • Confidentiality, as we work with confidential information about our customers
  • Diplomacy, as it is important that you’re able to communicate in a professional manner, spell and write flawlessly, that your communication in writing is correct and that you stick to the point
  • Technical insights and aesthetic sense. You will be in charge of preparing invitations to events using an online tool. Basic knowledge of a CMS is a big advantage
  • We would like you to have a couple of years experience with customer service and office work. But we are open to different approaches to the job
  • It’s an advantage if you have completed a higher education, but this is not a requirement
