As Head of the Customer Academy, you will join our Talent & Development team, a part of the Human Resources organisation tasked with helping Maersk accelerate capabilities critical for the strategy.
One of the key priorities of HR is to build trust and robust partnerships with critical stakeholders, collaborate closely to identify current and future needs, and design effective HR solutions that enable us to deliver business results and win as a team.
You will report to the Global Head of Learning and Development and have a small team of experienced direct reports. You will lead and be responsible for ensuring effective design, development and implementation of a business-critical, transformation enabling learning & culture program. You will have an incredible opportunity to showcase your ability to enable behavioral change and organizational transformation. You will stretch your capabilities and toolbox by learning from, sparring with and building lasting relationships with diverse and professional colleagues, based in Headquarters and globally.

Your responsibilities will include the following, amongst others:
• Lead the creation of vision, strategy, and standards for a global, broadbased program with a target population of up to 30K people from across the business.
• Act as the architect and custodian for a delivery model involving different teams and individuals both internal and external to Maersk. This work involves close partnership with a HR learning operations team (people partnering organization), external partner(s), as well as a small direct team.
• Ensure excellent communication, teamwork and alignment with key stakeholders in our Headquarters and globally, developing and rebuilding the construct of the customer academy and acting as a trusted partner.
• Develop a system of formal engagement and communication with stakeholders around the progress and performance of the Customer Academy. Working with L&D operational teams to establish a ‘dashboard’ designed to express metrics around program-design process, participation, engagement, indicators of behaviour change, and business outcomes.
• Manage resource requirements, including of the direct team, subject matter experts and target audiences, considering solution characteristics, budget and timelines for the program.
• Keep up to date on relevant trends and innovations and continue to raise the bar in how we design, develop, implement and evaluate the solutions that form the customer academy.
• Support coaching and development of team members and peers to grow talent for Maersk.

You have proven experience with the following:
• Minimum 10 years of experience with leading complex organisational transformation and behavioral change at a global or regional scope, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership position. Direct experience with design, development, implementation and/or evaluation of learning and development solutions is a must.
• A strategic mindset, adept at identifying holistic and effective solutions and translating high level concepts into tangible deliverables
• A high drive, taking ownership and accountability and with a proven track record of making quality deliverables with clear business impact
• An inspirational leader, able to command a room, deliver a compelling vision and lead diverse and potentially challenging stakeholders and colleagues through ambiguity, change and discovery
• Exceptional facilitation and ability to ask the right questions, with a high curiosity and openmindedness and ability to challenge constructively and enable effective problemsolving
• Strong familiarity with emerging trends, especially around innovative learning technology, that can be employed to deliver the most effective outcomes for the organization.
• A passion for learning, development and coaching, and being inspired by supporting others to achieve personal growth and high performance.
