An interesting role where you will be part of the CEN CL Continuous Improvement team and supports to drive technology, operational behavior, and process changes in respective processes for one or multiple regions.
You have the responsibility for process re-engineering and implementation of transformational initiatives with specific contract logistics processes with the aim of achieving improvements in critical performance measures such as quality, service, cost and speed through teams.
Further, there is the responsibility to support the implement and maintenance of the Continuous Improvement Culture throughout the Contract Logistics operations.

As the Continuous Improvement Manager you will own the CI infrastructure in the partnership with the regional/area team in one or multiple regions.
You will drive network level excellence by designing and implementing systems, metrics and programs that maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Other key tasks:
• Mentor other teams in Lean principles; define and drive adoption of standard work into the daily routines and habits of staff
• Build strong partnership with operations regional/area leaders and continuous improvement leaders to identify impact of new business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them onsite
• Run benchmarking activities in the responsible area and, in partnership with the region, define the roadmap for improvement
• Owns execution of the change management progress
• Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business
• Support to improve the vision, content, and delivery of standard work and Training program
• Analyze and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or other technical field (or higher) or extensive contract logistics experience.
You have 3+ years proven progressive responsibility in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution planning, supply chain or related field.
Furthermore you:
• Have exposure to Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
• Have demonstrable experience managing cross-functional and regional programs influencing different stakeholders' groups, at the same time operating and communicating on the shop floor
• Have advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
• Have strong proficiency to communicate in English
• Are highly analytical and comfortable with large analyses
• Are able to quickly distill down complex operating models and identify opportunities
• Have driven full lifecycle Six Sigma and Lean transformation projects
• Have knowledge of Python, Visual Basic, Tableau or other technical tools.
