As Global Transformation Lead you will be driving change execution practice adoption as well as ensuring effective execution of change initiatives.
Other key tasks:
• Identify high-priority change execution initiatives
• Support POs to get change initiatives started
• Align initiative objectives with business objectives, guide the selection & planning of all related activities
• Ensure appropriate and effective governance, supported by comprehensive reporting and communication
• Provide agile and program management execution expertise and dedicated support when needed
• Facilitate decision-making in change initiatives to ensure delivery of milestones and objectives
• Ensure that initiatives overcome challenges, dependencies / risks are managed, and impediments solved
• Provide insights and recommendations on value realization during change initiatives execution, ensuring visibility to plans, risks and progress (together with other relevant functions)
• Support with insights to facilitate strategic discussions towards portfolio monitoring
• Educate, coach and mentor program and project managers. Mobilize an adequate resource pool.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management in change initiatives and alignment with all parties
• Develop and improve change execution practice guideline, approach and toolbox

The ideal candidate have 7-12 years of Agile and Program/Project management experience with a proven track record.
Certifications within PMP, Prince2, Scrum, Agile is a clear advantage.
Furthermore you have:

• Customer focus

• Persuasiveness and decisiveness
