Do you want to be a part of Orchestrating, Integrating and Accelerating the transformation of Maersk into an integrated logistics company? We are at Maersk currently undergoing a multifaceted transformation, and are constantly on the move to improve and accelerate the transformation. For this we are launching a new and interesting role where you will ensure visibility of our transformation progress that allows for data driven decisions and interventions into our change investments.
Your focus will initially be on aligning and collecting data that measures the current status and progress of our transformation (lead and lag indicators) and presenting in a simple and digestible way across all layers of the organization (from Platforms and business functions to Board of Directors), while ensuring it is presented in a way that allows for decision grade discussions. As the role matures, there will be plenty of opportunity to take on larger challenges related to architecting and orchestrating our transformation.

As the Transformation Performance Manager you will ensure visibility of our transformation through owning and maintaining relevant dashboards and roadmaps (across products, process and platforms).
You will be in the driver seat of creating meaningful output as this only partly exists today.
Other key tasks:
• Ensure that all metrics used to measure progress are measurable and traceable (in collaboration with Value Realization team)
• Creating and updating necessary reporting on transformation towards management and Board of Directors – orchestrating across all sources of input (and creating the processes for automating this to highest extent possible)
• Support the Transformation planning discussions with presentation of data to support trade-off decisions in resource allocation.
