Key responsibilities


Facilitate LL commercialization to support growth

-Establish and maintain a standard set of selling aides (presentations, videos, etc.) to support the full sales cycle for each product within the portfolio, in close collaboration with sales and product owners
-Maintain an inventory of standard product training programs across the LL portfolio, ensuring required programs and trainers are in place with adequate quality to support the business. Monitor training roll-out and delivery.
-Establish standard LL value proposition methodology, review and support LL product owners to develop and refine their value propositions
-Establish & maintain reference libraries (intranet, SFDC) to ensure that Maersk employees can easily navigate to find the information they need regarding LL products and services, or where to go for the required information or support
-Establish & maintain a standard set of customer boilerplate contracts in alignment with global guidelines

Ensure LL is positioned top of mind for Maersk sales and management
-Ensure regular publication of insightful stories on the intranet regarding customer and product insights or developments that help to create awareness and enthusiasm for LL
-Champion and driver for all internal communications through appropriate internal media; yammer, videos, broadcasts, newsletter, etc.

Be an active participant within the Global Lead Logistics Community
-Capture and share knowledge / best practices throughout the organization to support short and long term success.
-Speak up and share both supportive and critical views in a way that fosters a dynamic and engaging pursuit of continuous improvement.
