An exciting opportunity to drive product strategy relating to visibility needs of Lead Logistics customers.
Additionally, we offer the chance to create entirely new value propositions and product concepts for LL customers, based on the scale and quality of Maersk data assets.
In addition to strategy and ideation, the BPM is expected to contribute to the design, definition, management and maintenance of the product(s).

• Ownership of a data product concept from ideation to launch
• Supporting the other Senior BPMs on the team through ownership and management of discrete workstreams
• Contributing to product ideation, value proposition development and product development roadmaps
• Driving product development in collaboration with functional product owners, platform product owners, Technology Engineers, Procurement Managers and other relevant colleagues
• Supporting the technology and operational development of the capabilities, features and or parts of the product(s)
• Supporting frequent feedback loops with customers to make sure products under development have a customer and market fit
• Ensuring that relevant stakeholders have a holistic understanding of the value proposition of the capability, feature and or product to facilitate the development of processes, technology and operations that aligned to the value proposition
• Continuously manage and optimize commercial and operating model of the product, post launch, to sustain relevance and differentiation

You have the ability to identify customer needs and pain points using qualitative and quantitative data.
Furthermore you:
• Demonstrate a combination of customer oriented business acumen with effective technology knowledge, leveraging agile methods in approach and practices
• Have the ability to drive product development across a team of diverse stakeholders to deliver world class capabilities, features and products
• Have the ability to balance multiple priorities including development and maintenance
• Demonstrate an ability to take on a complex topic and structure it into logical sub-topics.
You have a strategic, proactive and analytical mind-set, you are dedicated to developing high expertise within a given field and you have a good sense of humor.
In addition, you thrive in a fast paced and competitive environment with interaction with many stakeholders inside and outside the organisation.
