It is our mission to enable subject matter expert teams to operationalise compliance requirements and deliver aligned, scalable and business-friendly solutions using tools, technology and analytics to drive effective compliance management.

Examples of the subject matter teams that the role will be supporting are anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls, competition law or data privacy.

The role will also work in close alignment with further partner functions such as ESG and Human Rights.

Key responsibilities


You will find yourself in a challenging environment characterized by constant change and the role will require being comfortable with decision-making in uncertainty.

Projects can vary from full cycle software implementations, process improvements or programme operations framework development. Size, complexity and required contributions will vary case-by-case.

A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude will be greatly valued. Indicative project examples could be:

• Develop and launch functional risk assessment methodology;
• Design and implement compliance dashboarding solution connected with company-wide data sources (propose automated solutions, possibly provider selection);
• Further develop programme operations office framework with tools and templates rooted in PMP® methodology, e.g. change management process, status reporting, etc.
• Analyze existing approval processes in collaboration with the respective subject matter expert team, identify improvement areas and work on digitalizing the process.
• Create processes and templates for compliance programme status reporting
• Further develop the programme operations framework and be a champion of it
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders, build and maintain long-term working relationships
• Become a trusted partner for the subject matter expert teams
• Use analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, to identify improvement opportunities and consider technology as an underlying element to everything we do
• Develop an understanding of software and tools available in the market and pre-select solutions that are best suited for our needs

We are looking for


The ideal candidate has managerial experience in the management of international projects and solid understanding of and experience interacting with key compliance risk areas (such as anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls, competition law or data privacy), however, in-depth knowledge across all areas is not a requirement.

You have the ability to demonstrate leadership and influencing skills and you have a collaborative work style which fosters cooperation, teamwork, and stakeholder management; will break down silos.

You have exceptional time management to manage multiple priorities and the ability to exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to understand the effect of decisions overall in the company

Furthermore you:

• Have strong capacity to coordinate and translate between various stakeholders with the objective of timely and successful project delivery
• Are proactive and eager to learn, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Are deadline focused, reliable and a keen eye for details
• Are a team player who is willing to grow in a complex organization
• Are open-minded and likes to work in a diverse, international environment
• Have high integrity and personal ethics, professional in communication, ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations
• Have experience in managing and dealing with senior stakeholders
