As the TAA Employment partner your most important task will be to successfully source and recruit top talents for Maersk.
Key tasks:
• Market mapping so familiarity with technology organizations and talent markets are key
• Understand basic requirements related to product management to conduct position searches in a time-sensitive fast-paced and agile environment
• Stakeholder management
• Bringing new innovative ideas to the table
• Use multiple search channels to produce desired results
• Conduct pre-screen technical interviews with candidates
• Communicate at all levels to inform the recruiting team and management of candidate search statuses
• Maintain a steady stream of candidates in the pipeline
• Use of appropriate systems to track candidates through the recruiting process, as well as, data tracking of all open positions
• Data integrity and analytics and publishing weekly dashboards
• Source candidates through social media and other non-traditional methods
• Drive to successfully select and present positive high-quality candidates within strict time#sensitive time frames
• Participate in weekly meetings with the recruiting team and management
• Be an active brand ambassador of Maersk
• Ensuring a terrific candidate experience end to end
• Keeping candidates warm and engaged until onboarding

The ideal candidate must have 5-8 years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment in hiring of tech/product management talent combined with 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
You have solid experience in sourcing and a proven track record for closing profiles ranging from mid to senior positions, ideally in digital product management.
Furthermore you:
• Have excellent vendor, stakeholder, and escalation management
• Have a passion and drive to find and connect with the best talent
• Have the ability to report results back to senior Management and conducting regular hiring reviews, consistently seeking for feedback to improve the overall hiring manager and candidate experience
• Have experience with technology organizations and talent markets
• Are able to prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the Maersk recruiting process
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates and building up network in the market
