An interesting role where you will be reporting to the Head of Projects & Risk Management the Project Lead, and be responsible for building a trusted relationship with internal Brand HSSE and operations community by facilitating and / or leading high-risk projects and guiding them to own implementation and adoption within brand(s).
As a Project Lead, you thoroughly understand projects, related risks and opportunities to ensure Safety and Resilience products are delivering value to our Brands and related operations.
The role will be responsible to support brand requests for critical risk and HSSE projects and collaborate with Safety and Resilience team members with risk management & HSSE expertise.

As Project lead you will utilize S&R Business approved Implementation Methodology to lead all phases of the project lifecycle.
Other Key tasks:
• Meet with Brand Leaders and HSSE Managers to assess and help form project objectives, scope, timeline, and deliverables
• Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure correct consultation touch points throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide recommendations to the Brand client based on the consolidated outcomes of the projects
• Successfully complete special projects or implementation assignments as required in support of defined goals and objectives.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management by leveraging experience and lessons learned.
• Share consolidated outcomes, recommendations, and learnings with P&RM team to ensure effective communication to the wider business
• Support designing and developing training initiatives and programs in line with brands critical requirement to build safety capacity.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Critical Risk Management & Safety Management from a Marine Perspective.
You have experienced in Marine & Safety shore (office) job or equivalent position for auditing vessels and office locations.
Furthermore you:
• Have experienced in project management and process improvement for Marine Projects.
• Are educated to degree level or an equivalent, appropriate professional qualification of Nautical or Marine Engineering.
• Have excellent communication skills with good verbal and written command over English language.
• Are proficient in MS Office.
• Have excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills, and ability to collaborate with team members.
• Have the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills including motivation techniques and conflict-management.
