As part of our journey towards becoming The Global Integrator of container logistics, we are transforming our delivery capabilities.
We are transforming our systems, processes and policies to enable industry-leading delivery outcomes for our customers; and have therefore launched the ‘Scalable Delivery Program’ to facilitate this.
To orchestrate - ensure the quality of solutions and progress of the Program - we have formed a Program Office.
The Program Office has a pivotal role within the Program, and as problem-solvers at heart, we support the business in breaking down the problems and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure innovative and transformative solutions – all guided by our structured project management skills.

Reporting to Head of Scalable Delivery Program Office you will be part of a 4-5 person team. The Program Office is anchored under Senior Vice President of Ocean Customer Logistics.
As a member of the team you will together with the rest of the team mainly be focusing on:
- Defining solid approach and timelines for the Program as a whole
- Actively be supporting and challenging 1-2 workstreams to ensure prioritization and progress (working seamlessly together with the full workstream teams on the issues)
- Synthesize the progress of Program and problems/solutions we are working on across the program (e.g. via memos, presentations)
- Facilitate various senior stakeholder sessions to ensure progress and buy-in
Our scope is broad and you will be exposed to both commercial- and operationally related areas such as product definition, network design, capacity management and exception handling.
The program is a multi-year construct and will leave good opportunities to continue in either Ocean related roles or more general roles within transformation and program management.

The ideal candidate demonstrates the following key skills and experiences:
- A master’s degree with strong academic results
- Solid experience in structuring and managing complex projects/workstreams from a similar position (e.g. 2-5 years in business consulting, business development or strategic program management)
- A structured problem solver who thrives in dealing with complex issues – and have the ability to ‘zoom-out’ and see the big picture
- A strong communicator, who can synthesize and communicate complex issues and solutions in a simple and compelling way (e.g. via memos and presentations)
- Good interpersonal- and stakeholder management skills – is not discouraged by leading senior stakeholders.
