We are recruiting for a passionate Product leader to join us as the Head of Customer integrations – Lead Logistics. This is the career path for a professional who is ready to take responsibility for leading a team of dedicated platform product owners to successfully delivering the customer integrations for warehousing, SCM and air/LCL integrations between customers and Maersk via EDI and API integrations. You will proactively lead this growth space being the link between business and technology to drive pipeline, resources requirements and enhancements to help the team to deliver world class implementations.

Key responsibilities


What you will be doing
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of integration solutions (EDI/API) for Customers engaging in logistics products with Maersk. You will do this through leading a team of 10 regional integration Platform Product Owners (PPOs) and enable them to deliver successful solutions and customer implementations.
This includes:
• Mange and deliver global B2B integration pipeline for Customers together with commercial owners and application technology platforms
• Work directly with customers to solve their integration requirements in lines with solution catalogue
• Manage escalations and project prioritizations for maximum business value
• Enhance integration commercial value proposition via customer insights and analysis of performance
• Promote standard integration methods with customers
• Facilitate internal product awareness across global teams to enable further selling of Maersk’s integration solutions

We are looking for


Who are we looking for?
• You have +10 years experience in the logistics industry
• You are an ambitious and engaging leader that has a proven track record of successful virtual leadership
• You bring a technical understanding of EDI/API B2B integrations standards and solutions
• You have experience with product ownership and the scrum methodology.
• You have strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders during implementations and strategic planning with executive leadership level
