We offer


As Learning Tech Lead you will be responsible for supporting and driving forward the learning technology area in Maersk in close collaboration with key counterparts in business functions as well as our People Function (HR).

Together with your team you will ensure the 80.000 users in Maersk have a great experience using our Learning technologies as well as drive new initiatives. By keeping up to date with the evolvement in the learning space you will help influence and guide the direction of where Maersk should be developing when it comes to utilizing HR Technologies to the fullest.

Key responsibilities


• Driving the implementation of our strategic learning roadmap in close collaboration with business owners and functional leaders in the People Function (HR) and across the business.
• Advising business & key stakeholders on functional implications of technical design-decisions
• Collaborating with HR and business colleagues around gathering requirements for new functionalities ensuring these get prioritized and developed
• Leading, inspiring, empowering and developing the team and team members; promote best practice, develop and promote a culture of learning from experiences

We are looking for


We are looking for someone with experience in:
• HR Learning Technology – Cornerstone and Workday preferably as well as adjacent technologies and tools
• Building and running a global cloud HR support and development team
• Implementation of agile software delivery
• Driving digital innovation and automation in the Tech people space
