Key responsibilities


• Accountable and responsible for Data management track across Extraction, Transformation and Loading for the large scale SAP S4hana program
• Responsible for delivery of data conversion and cutover plan and executing against the same
• Liaise with all SAP functional and technical engineering teams
• Work closely with business product owners in defining data migration strategy
• Taking full responsibilities for data mock loads, rehearsals, cutover of data and data migration utilizing LTMC, LSMW, Customer Developments, including pre and post validation reports for load activities
• Build a world class data cutover and conversion framework
• Build the internal team of engineers and architects around SAP data services, SAP MDG-F and other data management areas
• Drive continuous improvement of process definition
• Ensure that wherever possible, the adoption of a best practice approach and minimal gaps
• Actively collaborate with other product owners and engineering leads to understand and coordinate the integration impact on data migration
• Manage the backlog as per product owner prioritization based on business needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers
• Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.
• Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.
• Responsible for people processes in the organization, employee attrition rate, people and competency development and engagement

Further, in this role you will be required to:
• Set an inspiring direction for the engineering team members
• Contribute to planning and delivery milestones for projects by being an active member
• Drive innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and ways of working
• Coach, mentor and collaborate with peers, architects, product owners and project teams to achieve successful outcomes

We are looking for


You have:
• Proven and demonstrable experience with multiple end to SAP programs with Data conversion and cutover tracks
• Proven Global SAP Implementation and Rollout program management experience over 15 years
• Established SME around ETL tools involving large global SAP S4hana instance
• Proven track record of working with senior business stakeholders and delivering on business outcomes through SAP technology
• Demonstrated track record of working with teams spread across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated track record of building and running SAP engineering and delivery capabilities for large scale technology transformation projects
• Exhibits great adaptability and effectively leads teams in ambiguous situations
• Prior background with functional SAP modules like OTC, PTP and ATR
