Key responsibilities
Create high quality, inspiring and impactful sales enablement and training content in support of Lead Logistics growth:
• Conduct research to support optimal content production, collecting and analyzing data independently, aligned with intended strategic purpose
• Develop appealing and inspiring sales enablement content (presentations, videos, web sites, customer reference stories, etc.) to support the full sales cycle for each product in close collaboration with key product, sales and marketing stakeholders
• Develop clear and easy to understand product sales training content aligned with the sales enablement content, as well as ensuring easy training digestion and successful execution
• Ensure all content is made available and accessible across reference libraries (intranet, SalesForce) to ensure that Maersk employees can easily navigate to find the information they need, or where to go for the required information or support
Ensure LL is positioned top of mind for Maersk sales and management:
• Ensure regular publication of insightful stories on the intranet regarding customer and product insights or developments that help to create awareness and enthusiasm
• Champion and driver for all internal communications through appropriate internal media; yammer, videos, broadcasts, newsletter, etc.
Be an active participant within the Global Lead Logistics Community:
• Capture and share knowledge / best practices throughout the organization to support short and long term success.
• Speak up and share both supportive and critical views in a way that fosters a dynamic and engaging pursuit of continuous improvement.
We are looking for
• Marketing or journalist background
• Social Media literacy
• Proven Content Creation skills across multiple media and channels
• Strong communication skills, with ability to convey complex messages clearly
• Experience managing internal communications channels including internal social media content management, e.g. Yammer, intranet, etc.
• Objective, constructive, fact-based approach
• Strong communication skills
• Confident working cross-functionally
• Commercial acumen
• Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.
