Key responsibilities


In this newly created role you will through timely and actionable business and customer insights support and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making with marketing, sales and business leaders.

You are also accountable for identifying knowledge gaps - and initiating research together with your colleagues.

Other tasks:

• Connect multiple data points (e.g. Intent data, Salesforce and Secondary data like Euromonitor) to spot business opportunities, but also by working directly with larger datasets conducting data analysis and then translating data into actionable insights in digestible formats for the business.
• Based on both internal and external data sources conduct deep dives into market trends and topical issues.
• Inform and qualify tenders with relevant insights, primarily on the basis of secondary data available.
• Provide Marketing with relevant insights prior to campaign development and also post campaign evaluation with the creative and media agency.
• When relevant, run customer research in Europe potentially using various methodologies to develop actionable insights.

We are looking for


The ideal candidate has a background in Market Research / Insights
/ Marketing analysis (5+ years), preferably from a B2B business, and with a MSc/MA within a relevant field.

Your analytical mindset, problem solving ability and communication skills enables you to deliver clear and actionable recommendations based on data.

You:

• Have documented experience developing and embedding insights into an international organization.

• Project management skills managing different and complex projects and tasks at one time, sometimes under tight deadlines.

• An extroverted team player with strong communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders.

• Someone who has a strong drive, can work independently, but at the same time is a strong team player, leveraging the experience of all members of the team when supporting the business.
