We are currently looking for an experienced person to manage and develop Global Key Client Program to support business growth and drive customer partnership for Maersk’s top 200 customers.

Key responsibilities


Focus and grow:

  • Lead the definition, rollout and maintenance of Global Key Client Program – scope include Maersk’ top 200 customers:
  • • Drive thought leadership to develop Maersk Key Client Program into an industry-leading program and differentiator for our engagement with Top 200 customers
  • • Independently own and drive major initiatives as part of the Key Client Program to drive business growth and customer partnership
  • • Setup and rollout processes as part of Key Client Program to ensure consistent execution globally towards top 200 customers
  • • Bring own experiences to guide future development of Key Client engagements


Engage:

  • Internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain an industry leading Key Client Program to build customer partners for growth
  • • Lead communication on Key Client Program topics with a variety of senior audiences
  • • Work closely with Global Key Client Management team to prioritize and drive efforts as part of developing or rolling out specific initiatives
  • • Manage an effective engagement model with functional leaders in Center and sales leaders in areas and regions
  • • Connect with Key Client Managers and Global Client managers to ensure the Program brings the best of Maersk to the top 200 customers
  • • As needed connect with customer stakeholders and external vendors for different initiatives


Enable:

  • Ensure the benefits of Key Client Program reach our top 200 customers via Key Client account teams
  • • Drive a team culture of Thought Leadership, Collaboration & Best practice sharing in Global Key Client Management team and with KCMs and other associated functions


We are looking for


The ideal candidate will have solid Sales leadership and Global Account Management experience and a customer-centric approach to drive initiatives in multi functional team initiatives.

You have experience with team and people leadership – in a matrix organization and ideally logistics industry experience.

You have strong stakeholder management skills and strong communication skills in English; experience in communicating to a wide, international audience.

Furthermore you have:

• Experience in working independently within a broad and complex framework
• Strategy formulation
• Financial acumen,
• Presentation skills
• A desire to follow up on issues to ensure proper closure

You are an empathic person with strong interpersonal skills, a team player, good at coaching and motivating as well as a pro-active can-do attitude enabling processes. You are self-driven, analytical, meticulous and structured person.
