The Integration Management Office is a catalyst in strategic transformation processes across the AP Moller – Maersk group. Our expertise is organizational integration projects that support the Integrator Vision. We are a high-performing and collaborative team and we work at a fast pace.
In this role you have an opportunity to be part of a team with strong business acumen and a tradition for intense teamwork. We provide trained muscle power for transformation and we use a proven methodology to drive results in a certain timeframe.
The team’s diverse background across the business secures situational knowledge and breadth to consult and challenge the projects we deliver. Are you our missing piece?
Key Responsibilities
Design organizations with key stakeholders that drive the desired business outcomes & transform in alignment with the strategy. Drive roll out of the organization with local stakeholders to secure success of implementation. Work with the Global Business Leaders, Program Management, HR, Change & other workstreams to bring the plan to life:
- Facilitate alignment across key stakeholders on critical outcomes for OD workstream – ways of working, org design & org sizing principles/efficiencies, role charters, blueprints, org design roll out/ implementation and successful handover to downstream processes & workstream colleagues
- Own workstream charter & project plan for the project and closely collaborate with other workstreams/business to deliver
- Ensure handover to the Business at the right time, preparing them for the time when the “project” is over
- Challenge status quo and build neutral advice/recommendations where needed
- Has responsibility for ensuring that relevant and sufficient business intelligence in addition to strong organizational ability in order to bring structure, coherence, and alignment to the project efforts .
- Is able to quickly build a well-rounded grasp of the organizational processes, culture, products/services, and business acumen in order to build trusted partner relationships with senior business stakeholders and project team members
Who we are looking for
- Can foster collaborative relationships, work with empathy across teams and functions, and be able to facilitate impartial and objective discussions
- Has strong business understanding and focus on securing customer outcomes also during transformation
- Is an experienced professional (not necessarily Org Design background), seeking to get a global view and learn to work with global transformation programs
- Has high level of resilience to work in an ambiguous environment and under (time)pressure
- Is skilled in planning and execution / orchestration of complex Organizational Design processes
- Has intense collaboration mindset inside and outside the team
- Has the ability to move easily from macro to micro level.
