Key responsibilities
You will work with the top priority products of the company, supporting the Senior Product Owner. You will work in an area that has the full attention of the management board, an ambitious and impactful product road map and a broad range of demanding customers and stakeholders. Your key responsibility will be to accelerate our product road map while increasing the quality of our deliverables.
We are looking for
• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional product development from exploration to market launch and maturity.
• Influence multiple cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
• Proven project management skills to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Think strategically and execute methodically.
• Lead and role model process improvement/ efficiency drives across teams.
• Build, maintain and help improve mechanisms, processes, standards, and playbooks to enable execution of important deliverables.
• Bring superior programme management skills and ability to assess and integrate new information and requirements into plans seamlessly. • Highlight and appropriately escalate any bottlenecks that block progress while proposing potential solutions to enable rapid decision making.
• Ability to earn trust with a diverse group of stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Provide regular, precise and effective status updates on key programs, processes and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• University Degree
• 8+ years’ relevant experience in positions that require analysis, process improvements, change management and data interpretation of business impact and results.
• 5+ years’ managing and executing detailed project schedules. Advanced MS Office, MS Excel, and online project management tools used to track milestones across multiple stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA from top tier university
• 8+ years of experience delivering mission critical technology solutions • Certification in Agile, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
