Opportunity

Delivers best in class, cost-effective in-house consulting services to
the group upon request, and supports the development of the consultant
team members in order to develop business talent for the GroupAs part of Maersk’s strategy and transformation we have and will be acquiring capabilities to enable Maersk to become the Global Integrator of Container Logistics.

We need to make sure that the acquired capabilities are integrated into the Maersk target end-state and that we have the long-term plans and investments in place to enable this. We also need to make sure that end-state integration planning can be done in a defined and deliberate manner, and that we have models and frameworks in place to enable this, both to apply to future M&A activity, but also retro-actively to past M&A activity.

As the Programme Lead - M&A End-State Integration, you will be accountable for working across the relevant teams and functions to drive, enable and support M&A end-state integration, both to make sure global priorities include M&A integration and work on specific M&A’s to support the end-state integration, in close partnership with the various teams involved.

Main Activities:

Drive, enable and support end-state integration.
Ensure inclusion of and visibility of M&A integration in the different Enterprise Change Operating system forums
Support specific M&A integrations and end-state target planning
Ensure appropriate and effective governance, supported by comprehensive reporting and communication
Provide project/program management execution expertise and dedicated support when needed, in line with the change operating model
Facilitate decision-making in change initiatives to ensure delivery of milestones and objectives
Ensure that initiatives overcome challenges, dependencies / risks are managed, and impediments solved
Ensure effective stakeholder management in change initiatives and alignment with all parties

Develop and improve change execution practice guideline, approach and toolbox

Experience:

5+ years experience in programme and project delivery, with the relevant certifications
Experience in delivering large scale programmes and projects in a dynamic, agile and matrix based organisation
Certifications within Prince2, PMP, MSP, Scrum, Agile is a clear advantage.
Experience in working in global environments
