Maersk is seeking an experienced project Manager with a focus on sales enablement to help execute Maersk commercial growth strategy through the governance and repurposing of content on a sales enablement platform
In addition, the position will manage projects including the implementation of a governance framework and develop a content management structure for sales content
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and real attention to detail.
This role can be based in Copenhagen - alternatively you can be working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Content management: including optimization of content, removal of duplicate content, ensuring quality, and updating content
- Help to prepare governance communications and discussions with stakeholders: synthesizing what needs to be acted on such as retagging, content upload/deletion, etc.
- Help to coordinate, plan and moderate content councils: compiling insights from dashboards and identifying topics of interest
- Monitors and controls compliance of content rules and frameworks
- Collaborate on managing platform governance with the Sales content strategist: review platform stakeholder permissions (eg) dashboard access and capabilities, user management, etc.
- Conduct Quality Reviews and tracking metrics to assist the content strategy team maintaining established content standards
- Responsible for the onboarding and training of new of new users
- Support content planning sessions with the Global and Regional product content developers.
What we are looking for
A candidate with 2+ years of experience within a commercial organization with solid experience within Project Management, Content management and training.
The ideal candidate will have project management skills - managing different projects simultaneously.
Furthermore you:
- Are detail orientated, structured and meticulous
- Come with passion, drive and energy
- Thrive in a fast-pace environment with some ambiguity
- Have strong communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders
- Have strong verbal and written English
- Have experience in content management or content repositories is a plus.
As a person you are a self-starter who excels working independently and as part of a team.
