Sales Content Strategy is seeking an experienced Content project Manager with a focus on sales enablement to help execute Maersk’s multi-brand commercial growth strategy through the repurposing and positioning of sales content on our sales enablement platform in order to enable our commercial teams to be more efficient and productive.
The position will entail managing projects, including the implementation of a sales content framework for digital products and the planning, design and implementation of the Seismic content platform across all Maersk brands (e.g,) Hamburg Süd, Sealand and LF Logistics
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design and implement Seismic into our Sealand organizations
- Content lead for Hamburg Süd and Sealand, ensuring that the content strategy is aligned with Maersk and the multi-brand regional sales, marketing and product teams
- Identify and engage content owners for our digital product offering across all brands
- Build a content strategy for digital product content incl. design, testing- and implementation of concept on the platform
- Contribute to comprehensive content governance framework (conducting content audits, branding guidelines, RACI, running content councils)
- Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to execute content initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes, and ultimately align to the broader global content strategy
- Evaluate the metrics and impact by tracking content enablement metrics and KPIs and being able to demonstrate the business impact of their enablement efforts. Create monthly content reporting together with the Content data analytics manager
- Be the go-to person for the product heads in terms of the migration of content for the brands making sure that content is updated and repurposed for sales to consume.
- Drive consistency of content for the brands across products, marketing and sales in relationship to Maersk.
Who we are looking for
A candidate with 5+ years of experience within a commercial organization combined with solid experience across Project management, Content strategy or Sales.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication and project execution skills as well as good knowledge of sales enablement platforms
You:
- Will have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
- Are able to focus on long-term business needs while understanding nuances and details within multiple programs.
- Must have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage interfaces at all levels in the organisation.
