Becoming the global integrator of container logistics also means our products and service offerings are changing.

Many of the projects become more complex and has the characteristics of business transformation where business change management become important for succeeding with the implementations and create value for our customers.

We are therefore looking for a Senior Customer Transformation partner who will continue to evolve our implementation methodology from tactical project management to an industry leading customer change management approach.

• Leads the transformation of the Maersk implementation methodology from tactical project management into an industry leading customer change management approach.
• Owns the customer change methodology, the capability building and adoption in the implementation community.
• Acts as the global sparring partner/consultant for customer change in sales pursuits and ongoing customer implementations.Methodology

  • Expand and roll-out overall change management methodology and integrate with existing customer implementation methodology
  • Support the methodology with a practical and user-friendly toolbox that can be easily adopted by customer implementation managers for medium and small projects.
  • Develop a change management approach for large scale customer implementation projects to support the customer and partners in the transformation journey

Implementation Community

  • Roll-out the new methodology across the global IM community.
  • Train all implementation managers in the methodology and toolbox and develop way to test their knowledge and possible internal certification.
  • Setup a way for the regional teams to measure adoption and compliance of the methodology in their region.
  • Support and coach the implementation managers leading the larger customer implementations.

Commercial and Customer Engagement

  • Engage with customers and internal commercial, product and sales stakeholders to ensure methodology is in line with customer/market expectations.
  • Complement the change management methodology with a commercial storyline to be used in customer pursuits.
  • Roll-out the commercial version of the methodology to the global sales community.

Growth

  • Develop the methodology to become a sales differentiator.
  • Set the baseline or create roadmap for turning change management into a commercialized product.
  • Act as the sparring partner/consultant for pursuit teams on our largest commercial L&S pursuits.
  • Join customer pursuit meetings where appropriate to demonstrate our change management capabilities.
