The commercial digital manager will be the one who drives the uptake of our digital solutions, through ensuring that our organization and our customers are aware of how our digital solutions address their needs.

The Commercial Digital Manager will be joining our commercial enablement team, which has as primary mission to enable and lead our commercial organization of 550+ employees to achieve our strategic goals across Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
SeaLand Website
- Take ownership of our website
- Implement new functionalities and promote these as relevant
- Ensure that our website is continuously maintained
- Drive uptake of the website functionality to maximize benefits
- Drive the content on our website ensuring that this is updated and relevant
- Orchestrate digital marketing activities
Digital Channels and Products
- Create awareness around our EDI, API and 3rd Party Platforms channels
- Drive the uptake of these channels for customers with the relevant needs
- Implement and drive new digital products
Digital Community and Capabilities
- Own our digital focal community with representative from all cluster countries
- Bring direction to our digital focal on implementing new solutions and driving uptake
- Ensure that our organization have the needed digital capabilities
What are we looking?
- A commercial and customer centric mindset with ability to understand how our digital solutions can fulfil the needs of our customers
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- An understanding of digital journeys and the link to backend processes
- Experience with driving global implementations in a commercial environment
- Project management experience and the ability to drive projects to success at the right quality and time
- Experience in driving a transformational agenda
- A background within the logistics industry and Supply Chain Management is an advantage
- Knowledge of Maersk systems and processes is an advantage
- Great in managing a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong skills in structuring complex challenges into something simple which can be used and actioned
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment
- Strong planning and project management skills
