We Offer

Sealand is on a transformation journey to become an integrator of logistics for Europe & Mediterranean region, with significant logistics growth as part of its updated business plan.

This new role has responsibility for the strategic growth of L&S, it will drive the business unit growth agenda with direct impact on Business Unit result.

Managing Sealand Europe L&S project portfolio, review, evaluate and validate market opportunities.

Leading, guiding, and developing a team of Product, Project experts and Regional Business developers so that the business achieves its short and long-term financial and commercial objectives, as set by the overall SeaLand business plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishes overall L&S vision and strategy for Intra European growth, and business planning and budgeting for significant L&S growth activities

  • Owns major business and product development initiatives to drive end to end L&S penetration and growth across products and geographies

  • Developing Value Propositions for Intra Europe driving vertical focus and growth

  • Coordinates management of Intra-Europe products development projects, secures high level approval, commitment, and resources from stakeholders

  • Drives pan-European network and solution sales focus through specialist teams

  • Sets and monitors the performance for the function against targets for the various functions and Clusters

  • Leads, guides, and develops a management team to ensure the function achieves its objectives

  • Acts as a general representative for SeaLand Europe towards external and internal parties

  • Secures high GP projects and ensure development of opportunities

  • Positions and promotes the business as the preferred logistic partner in the industry

  • Has responsibility for adherence to governance structure for new business projects including due diligence and business case assessments

  • Senior stakeholder management responsibility across the wider organization

  • Participates on a global leadership level in the setting of business development objectives, l localized/segment strategies and growth capital allocation targets and budgets

  • May be responsible for supporting negotiations of major commercial contracts

  • Key member of senior leadership team
