This role will be based in the Copenhagen office of Tradelens . We are looking for a candidate who is commercially driven and passionate advocate of digital transformation, and looking to be part of a digitally innovative solution that will transform our industry.

Maersk, a global leader in container logistics, in a partnership with IBM have collaborated and launched TradeLens, an open and neutral industry solution that will promote faster, more efficient, and secure global trade. The TradeLens platform is underpinned by blockchain technology.

We connect the carrier ecosystem by bringing together all the parties in the supply chain - including traders, freight forwarders, inland transportation, ports and terminals, ocean carriers, customs, government authorities and others - onto a Blockchain-based platform. We are actively expanding our team in Europe, as our solution is reaching a tipping point in the industry. This is your opportunity to join the Tradelens Network team. It is our mission to Digitize global trade, bring automation, and eliminate the millions of documents required today in global trade

Responsibilities:

  • As a Network Development Manager for TradeLens, you will be responsible for building out the network of ports, terminals, intermodal operators, port community systems and other data providers in Europe region. Strong existing relationships with Terminal and rail senior executives is a plus
  • You will work in close collaboration with our Tradelens Carriers, coordinating commercial priorities and defining the most promising engagement strategies.
  • You will investigate and recommend the strongest network development opportunities, building an ecosystem to support acceleration of TradeLens within your region, working with internal and external stakeholders to support you on the realization of TradeLens’ vision.
  • You will help us further develop the TradeLens product and value proposition, by understanding the needs of the different network members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Account Management experience, owning customer life cycles, setting and executing engagement plans for an optimized growth.
  • Fluent English required, additional languages helpful
  • Working to and delivering KPI & Success Criteria and ability to performance manage turnaround on identified gaps.
  • Experience in Logistics Supply Chain
  • Experience in software and/or digitization solution value selling.
  • Proven Stakeholder Management, managing without authority and assuredness at discussions across all functions and levels.
  • Focused on customers and their outcomes and how leading innovations and digital end-to-end solutions can transform the industry and democratize global trade.
  • Proven track record in a matrix, multi-cultural organization, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally.
  • You are used to work independently, delivers on your commitments, work with agility and urgency and handle ambiguity well.
